I don't like the fact that you don't carry this color in the store. The hole point of going to a store is to be able to pick it there.. what is the point of having a brick and mortar if you have to buy the stuff online. But once I got the blind it was it was easy to put up and so far it works nicely.

mounting was easy, the brackets + rail are sturdy, it functions well. I don't like that the brackets scratch the rail, I wish I could've gotten it at 1/4 inch increments, and it took longer than it should've to arrive, though that might've been fedex

Buying the door
I love my new door and the installer did a great job. Buying the door and contacting the installation was nightmare. I had to go to the store twice because the first time no one in the store could help me and when I came back the next day it four people to try to do the buy and install. Even though the door was sitting on the self for $450 I was told because I was contracting an install I had to $600 for the door and had to wait for about two months for installation.
