Nozzle head does not move.
It looks good; nice spray. The only problem is that is does not rotate. if you have a small shower, it hits the back of wall of the shower. Hard to get under it.

Decent shower head
This shower head was simple to install and should be simple to replace the filter when the time comes. I haven’t used it long enough to know if the filter is actually making a difference with my hard water. The spray is not very strong but is adequate. It’s nice to have multiple settings.
