Grey with blue streaks
I really like these blinds. They are easy to install and pretty. The color is not as pictured. It's not a taupe grey but is grey with streaks of blue which give a weathered look. Also, you don't get the end caps on the valance as in the picture.

MISSING WAND
Nice sturdy blind but the wand was missing. Didn’t realize it until it was installed and was told I needed to take down and return to get a new set.. horrible customer service.

Spring is no good...
Purchases is item and it didn't stand up to its name after a while the sping broke, customer service was a waist of time...would not recommend this item to no one ..very disappointed.
