No way to lower or raise.
I guess this is my fault for not noticing... but there's no way to raise or lower these blinds. All you can do is open and close them by rotating the blinds. I expected a pull cord on the opposite side of the bar that you could used to raise the entire blind... but there isn't one.

Love not having a cord to pull up and down.
The blinds are beautiful, but this was the 2nd time we ordered these. Both times they were cut wrong. 2nd time my husband had to use spacers to hang these because they were cut a half inch too small. I must tell you that customer service at the Goodyear store was outstanding.

I was double billed for these blinds!
I bought these blinds and had them installed back on 2/20th or so. I called Lowe's yesterday because I was having a problem with one of the blinds. I asked for HELP, no another set of blinds that "I picked up" on March 7th, 2025. Help me get my money back, Lowe's
