Sturdy, handsome gazebo
The end results on this thing are great. Setup was a lot longer than stated in the manual though. Just unboxing and laying the parts and hardware out took over an hour. I did it mostly by myself, with occasional help and it took well over 6 hours. My biggest recommendation is do NOT tighten anything down until you really must. For instance, I could absolutely not build the second tier assembly (the small top roof) with the screws tightened, so much needed to be shifted to make the screws fit. ...

Nice gazebo but product lacks in some areas
There are a lot of things going for this gazebo and lot of things not going for it. Things going for it: 1. Dont need concrete footings to install this 2. Looks very nice and has a roof 3. Can be a DIY (although very complicated) Things not going for it: 1. Instructions are not the best. The images are not clear and it gets hard to follow. 2. All the screws come in one package and when you open the package, it gets mixed up. 3. It's nowhere close to a 3 hr DIY. I had 3 people working 6 hrs to ...

Beautiful Gazebo!
This Gazebo is very sturdy and made with great materials including the hardware , Easy to assemble and simple directions. The 12 x 10 size seem to fill a perfect fit for the area I wanted to fill. I had enough room for an outdoor table and 6 chairs and room to walk around without feeling there was no space left. I bolted the gazebo down to an Existing pad I had and it feels sturdy.

My wife and I talked about getting a gazebo for our backyard for some time and we found this one that looked attractive and met our expectations for size. The gazebo arrived unassembled in a rather large box weighing 380 pounds. Inside the box, a tubular metal frame protected the contents from damage. That’s a nice touch. Stylish and beautiful-highly recommend.
I picked out this Allen and Roth Gazebo because I needed a roof/shade over our hot tub which is attached to our 40’ saltwater pool. It was a little tricky building it over our hot tub/pool area-but if two senior citizens can do it in 1 long day anyone can do it. It was somewhat easy to assemble and almost everything lined up.
