Dime size drainage hole has easily punched out plug for adequate drainage. Pot is lightweight & large enough to easily hold 2 4" petunias which later fill entire pot. Holds enough dirt to hold enough water for plants here in desert also. Bought 6, then 2 more! Best hanging pot for reasonable price of at least 10 seasons previous varieties and will last better than others in desert heat/sun.
Nice hanging planter
Large, nice quality. Do check the dimensions to see if it is the right size for you. I ended up putting it on the floor, but I am keeping the hanging chain in case I decide to hang it later.
