I ordered two of this product. One was shipped damaged and when I went to Lowe’s to exchange it I learned that all 7 available at the store were also damaged. When I spoke to customer service they told me it’s now discontinued so I have to go back again to return the one I was planning on keeping. Super disappointing.

Packaged poorly

I needed a second urn matching another I purchased 3 years ago. All of the ones at the store looked pretty beat up so I decided to order one. The box arrived at my door pretty smashed and the urn wasn't packaged well at all. It arrived with a crack at the top. Fortunately, a plant will disguise so I decided to keep it.

I Wish I Never Purchased this Item/Waste of Money

I purchased two of these planters LESS than a year ago and one of the planters cracked. Unfortunately I did not keep my receipt and paid with a gift card (so no record of my purchase date). Allen & Roth and Lowes were absolutely no help. Should have paid attention to the other reviews before purchase.

It is good quality and light

I liked the size and height, I thought it was a little pricey but my other pot broke and I need one asap
