The controls are very close to the floor
I love the fireplace stove. The only thing is it’s so close to the floor where the control knobs are. It’s hard for me to see so we’re just gonna build a hearth and raise it up and that’s not gonna be any problem. I love the forge I just love it. It’s so perfect and I don’t need a blower with it because it puts out such wonderful heat all over this area.

As other reviewers have noted, you cannot see the pilot light because it is obscured by the fake logs First time I have owned one of this kind of stoves like that. Not a particularly smart design feature. Also, the temperature dial had 6 numbers on it, but they don't really mean anything. You just get about two different levels of flame. But it is functioning ok in the week I have been using it.
