Buying floor model you had to take apart.

Purchased floor model gazebo. While taking item apart found loose bolts, not tightened down, and parts not installed. Locking washers were completely missing, was given 5 bags (25 per bag), but still had to purchase 3 more bags. Apart from missing washers, some correct bolts where missing but replaced with other incorrect bolts. Also assembly instructions where missing but was able to find online a similar gazebo for a general idea but this had no diagrams to show parts. A tool was missing ...

Poor customer support

The gazebo is beautiful but still unassembled. We unfortunately are unable to put it together because after opening we discovered one of the posts is damaged. I called the customer service number and was assured the issue would be escalated and a replacement post shipped in 3-5 business days and an email confirmation sent when the post shipped. Could be worse, there were issues

I got this product as the floor model at a HUUUGE discount because the store manager didn't want to have to deal with it, even to disassemble. I disassembled myself in as large a set of connected pieces as possible and there appeared to be no parts or fasteners missing, except for possibly the plastic bolt-head covers (not worried about it). Gazebo

It's a beautiful gazebo. My neighbors complimented me on how nice it looks in the backyard. But it was not easy to assemble. Took a good handyman 6 hours to put it up.
