Good Blind / No replacement parts
In just the second year of owning these blinds, we bought 22 for our house, at this moment, the plastic clip handle that is used to raise and lower has broken on six of the blinds. We called Allen + Roth and were told this was not a replaceable part and the only option was to buy an entire new blind. Unacceptable.
