Good pump but can’t recommend
I have installed 2 of these. Both had the same install issues. They do work but the installation is frustrating. The fittings they give you are terrible. Just buy your own fittings to avoid leaks. The plastic casting for the water inlet has a mould seam that makes sealing it almost impossible. I had the same problem on both units and I bought them several months apart. On one unit I had to use tape and pipe sealant to get it to seal. This is not good on plastic threads but it’s the only ...

Terrible support. Seems like a nice backup sump pump and should be self explanatory to install. Only problem is when everything is glued and the thing does not work properly the company and Lowe’s has no troubleshooting support.

Cost a grand
Set up pump per spec. Tested it 20 times before leaving the house. It turns on as planned and didn't shut off period chose a brand with a float switch not a diaphragm.

This is a life saver !!!
Great design. Easy to install if you have a mechanical background. I have owned 2 other water driven back up systems and both failed to perform during power failures. This new Zoeller system has already saved my basement from flooding twice during extended Power outages. It works perfectly. Highly Recommended.
