The first one was defective. I had to contact the maker for an return authorization. Lowes was great in processing the return. The only downside was I had to remove the pump and re-install the new one.

Not Recommended

Purchased in March 2023 to replace a 12+ year-old sump that was original with the house when built. This sump pump failed in November 2024. Checked warranty information and it was only for 1 year. When I removed it from the sump, it looked like something had corroded.

Misleading product

Misleading packaging because it does not tell you the battery is not included. So you buy this while battery back up system and nowhere on the box does it say battery not included. So to spend that much and not have what’s mentioned all over is misleading.

Works So far.

Sump pump with battery backup. Its about a month old. So far after a couple of heavy rains it has worked fine. To soon for a review more than it was easy to install.

Install easy task for any handy homeowner.

Easy to install and replace existing dead sump pump. seems very powerful.

Just installed my second unit Battery backup is not working . Checked all connections and spoke to the manufacturer. Guess I'll be trying a different brand on Monday

Questionable Quality Control, Poor Packaging

The backup pump on the first one I purchased at a store didn't work. The second one purchased online arrived with the pvc pipe going to the backup pump broken. I had to combine parts to make a fully functioning assembly. It also looked like the second one was a return because of the way it was packaged and retaped. Took way too much of my time for what should've been a simple R&R. I've not had it long enough to rate the performance.

Very simple installation and easy operation o unit

Ease of installation was great need to accent the battery is not included!

Good pump, but check box condition

The preassembled pump is easy to install, however there are a couple easily breakable parts that were damaged. It was obvious that this product was returned after a previous customer broke it.
