Well made rugged battery I guess it works fine I haven't tested it very long to know much about it's performance.

Poor Delivery

No idea if the battery works. Delivery driver left it at the barn on a completely different drive. They had to go past the house drive to get to the barn drive. Battery was water logged from sitting out. (House has covered porch). It's also been dropped and the case is cracked. Will be taking it back tonight to start the order process over again because the manufacturer of the pump says it the only battery that works correctly with their system.

Major upgrade to my old system

I bought this because it seemed from the description to be more powerful and resourceful than my old one. Indeed it is. 100 amp hr. compared to 7.5 amp hr. on my old one. So I had the basement watchdog where the controls have a probe that goes down in one of the cells. I found an instruction that said to attach it to the positive post. I did and it works. And seems to work much better. I had always been concerned that if the power did go out the back-up system would not be able to keep up...
