Laster 2 years. Lowes desserted the warranty.
It's good at first, but then it breaks—the vase cracks. Contacted the supplier, and they gave me a return authorization number. But Lowe's won't give me a clear answer on whether they will honor it. In short, no from them. Went to the store twice, and both times they gave me an excuse and said they would call me back. No calls from them. So Unprofessional. I am trying to avoid shopping at Lowe's from now on.

Bought it twice, Failed twice. No 3rd time charm.
I purchased this pump in Feb of '25, it failed in Dec of '25. Wouldn't shut off. I contacted the Zoeller and did the warranty return/exchange and exchange for the same model. Replacement model never shut off after the initial run. exchanged for a different Zoeller 1096 that had better ratings.
