I've used the generic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the generic brand of sandwich bags and first, the zipping mechanism isn't that reliable and second, the bags are smaller than sandwich bread. So it's akin to trying to squeeze into size 0 skinny jeans when you're a size 5. Not pretty and you have things jammed and overcrowded in places they shouldn't be. Stick to Ziploc and it'll be like putting on size 5 jeans as a size 5. Perfect and effortless fit.

They are durable, seals very very well and comes in all sizes for every need.
