Zinsser WaterTite-LX White Flat Solid Water-based Mildew Resistant Mold Resistant Interior Waterproofer ( 1-quart )

Needs two coat

Easy application. Needs two coats to cover. Easy clean-up. Dries within 2 hours in well room. No mold or mildew so far.

Excellent waterproofing

Works perfectly as advertised!

Not very thick

Price good coverage ok adhesion not the best

Easy on, waterproof, quick clean up.

This product is very smooth rolling on. Even with the quick dry time between coats, I was able to use the same roller and pan without any clumping. Easy water clean up. AND excellent water proofing!

Not like the old stuff

Nice flat finish and no gritty sand in the paint. The old time paint was really thick and gritty. This has a great warranty and goes on like regular paint. I used a roller and a brush on my interior cement block walls. I used 2 coats to make sure it was sealed well. Slight odor but nothing obnoxious. I will buy again.

I would recommend this product!

Ease of application, dry time was superb, and there was more paint for 2 coats and the some. I would recommend this paint!
