Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Water-Based White Interior/Exterior Primer and Sealer provide excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces, such as tile and enameled trim. Its peel, blister and mildew-resistant water-based formula works in low temperatures, inhibits rust and seals tannin bleed. The primer dries to the touch in 30 minutes, for best results, the primer should be reapplied after 1 hour.

Interior/exterior use on new or previously painted drywall, concrete, wood, masonry, metal and glossy or difficult surfaces
Covers up to 400 sq ft and improves topcoat coverage
Universal primer seals uniformly and will stick without sanding on all surfaces
Features a breathable, water-based formula designed to resist blistering, peeling and mold and mildew growth
Resists high PH surfaces up to 12.5
Permanently blocks and seals common stains, graffiti and tannin bleed, rust inhibitive - great for new metal
Dries to the touch in 30 minutes
Fast drying, ultra-low odor water based primer and sealer is perfect for everyday use and can be applied under or over any topcoat

I used this to paint our egress window well enclosure. It covered well, dried fast and should hold well throughout the winter season. Adhered well. Purpose was to protect the wood from the elements, improve the aesthetics, and reflect light back into the basement area. Happy with the results so far. It took 3 light coats to feel it was protected sufficiently.
