Terrible product. We bought this in 2021 and it was great to start! Within ) months the rotating dish started shooting sparks! We contacted the company as we noticed the sparks coming from the shell on the rotating dish. They sent a replacement tray and the same thing happened within a few months. I purchased all Zline appliances dishwasher, hod and stove Black stainless and gold autograph collection. Mediocre product, amazing customer service
I am on my second microwave in 2.5 years, the first one completely stopped working 12 days after installation while on bake mode - we had a cabinet built to allow the correct air flow etc - 2 years later the plate stopped spinning, we replaced the coupler (free of charge by zline) and it still didnt work. The first replacement microwave was dented by FedEx during shipping, Zline has technically given me 3 microwaves and a coupler within 2.5 years free of charge and minimal hassle. I’m not crazy ...
