I have both the ZLINE Cooktop and Mounted Range Hood. I was very happy to install these and they looked fantastic in the finished custom kitchen. Unfortunately, after a year of use I am quite unhappy with them. If you use your hood to cook then it will fill up with grease and should be cleaned regularly. The vent grates are sandwiched together in a manner that is unable to be opened and you need to attempt to clean grease out of this closed space. The problem is that the grates are razor sh...

Pretty but not refined

It is gorgrous and the install is easy, but wow it is loud. I expected it to hear the fan, but for the price I'm surprised just how loud it is. Anything above setting 1 and you might as well turn off the tv and warn your guests. I expected more refinement.

The hood is very attractive, but the touchscreen buttons came all scratched up and the hood had greasy finger prints that I have not been able to remove. I expected better for a brand new appliance!

We are remodeling our kitchen and ordered everything pretty early on due to supply chain and delivery issues. When it was time to install the vent hood, our contractor noticed that it was assembled (like it was returned that way) and all the hardware was missing. When we tried to return it, they wouldnt accept it. Extremely disappointed.
