Terrible delivery and customer service

Lowes indicated the could have this item delivered, installed, and the old unit removed. Upon arrival, the new delivery company said the size and type of refrigerator they would not be able to install. They left the new fridge in our garage. Lowe’s contacted us and after working all day, arranged for another delivery service to pick up the old unit, but one that refused to bring the new unit inside or install it. I was forced to spend $600 on a white glove installer to get my fridge hooked up. T...

I bought the 60 inch refrigerator, which is basically 2 30 inch that you connect side by side. It’s a beautiful and Awesome product, I do wish it was easier to put together, other than that, I would definitely buy it again. The service team has been amazing, as a piece was broken, and they replaced it with a few days.

Lackluster support - poor performance

Would Not Recommend

Took a year to get our refrigerator to work. Extremely disappointed, does not even come close to how I feel about this. Turns out the magnet in the top of the door would not each the part of the refrigerator to generate cold. How are we to know? Then the help, forget it. No one cares, days to respond to questioning. Took forever to get handle parts for the door, as Zline didn't even carry the part. What? Well, after several service calls, the 11K refrigerator now works. Not impressed.

Looks nice for the price . The worst part about this refrigerator was the assembly. The directions have very few words and all of the decorations are not included with the refrigerator. The refrigerator did not come with the proper handles. I had the refrigerator for one month before they finally shipped me the correct handles. When I received the refrigerator, it took them a couple of weeks to ship out what was supposed to be the proper handles, but it was again the wrong handles. I had to wait...

Install Nightmare

Would Not Recommend

Spent almost 8K on this fridge and Lowes drops it on front door step. Its a fridge "kit" that is a nightmare to install and SUPER heavy. Lowes has no one that does the install and local appliance guys wouldn't touch it. The ice maker won't kick on and there was NOTHING on the lowes description to state that it is not put together and they do not offer any install help. Feel like we threw 8000 down the toilet.
