First of all, many of the reviews here on Lowes.com are fake. You will find the same reviews elsewhere online. We bought this range about 4 months ago. I can honestly say it is truly a terrible product. We currently have 4 issues with it: 1) The oven door handle is broken 2) The igniters/sparks don't work for four of the burners, so we have to light with a match/lighter 3) Once a week or so, ALL of the burners will stop working. But this is due to no gas flow...apparently there is some...

Couldn't be happier!!
We chose this Zline model for our new home and we couldn't be more pleased! Aesthetically it is our kitchen's statement piece and is such a great value compared to other high end brands. The even heating and control is something we have not had in lower grade gas stove and range usage. We are looking forward to many years of enjoying cooking in our kitchen with this beautiful range!
