Great looking microwave

Just had this installed, looks great , works great. Handle came with a couple of dark stains under plastic film. I’m sure Zline will make it right

Catastrophic failure twice in 5 years

We purchased this microwave in 2021 and this is now the second time it has started to spark. Such a high dollar appliance should last longer.

Returned

Would Not Recommend

Received the wrong item. Item given was silver handle. Told it was a special order although that was not stated when purchased online. Be careful. If it wasn’t their mistake, they would have charged a restocking fee although they don’t tell you that when ordering. Very disappointed in Lowe’s.

A Classy look.

Perfect match to the refrigerators. Opens and closes seamlessly. Special accessory for defrosting comes in very handy. A great addition our new kitchen.

My bad. I purchased it and didn't open it until it was time to install (weeks later). Turns out the item delivered does NOT have the "champagne bronze" handle I specifically paid extra for. It's just a regular stainless steel handle. Would not recommend trying to use the chat feature on Lowe's for help. 15 minutes into my experience, it crashed and told me to call customer care instead. After 30 minutes on with customer care, the resolution was: because the return window has passed, there is not...
