Just what I needed

Delivery was on time and professional. The palette was a bit smaller than we expected and we have a pretty large amount of area that needed rocks. I will be ordering more of these to finish the project, but the areas that we finished look great. If you are after lava rocks, these are a great pick. I highly recommend using a shovel and wheelbarrow to get the rocks to their final spots.

I received item but was delivered on the street after asking on phone to put up on patio; I was told over phone I'll get it as close as I can up near patio but im driving a single axel; the guy never tried he dropped on a busy street; when I get home lava rocks all over street and lost half of what I was supposed to get; this is something I wish I could had been delivered to store and picked up; I'll load picks

Poor delivery, awesome product

I rated this review a 4 star rating because the delivery was a nightmare. Be mindful that if you order from the website, they contract their deliveries through another company. I’ll never make that mistake again! Order from hour local Lowe’s so you can pick up or have delivered by a Lowe’s employed driver.

This delivery date has been pushed out four days and I can already tell this was a mistake based on that. Will update.

Don’t trust deluvery

The product was what I ordered. The delivery was the part that was unsatisfactory. Product was left in the center of my drive when I had requested that it be left at garage. Man driving truck just dropped off and drove off.

Perfect for landscaping

Love these for our front landscaping beds! Looks so clean
