A great smart lock that works well and looks great
This is a great door lock with its auto lock feature. As a person who hates carrying keys, having the pi pad and biometric option is great. It not only looks good but works great. We even program guest access regularly for when friends and family visit.

I ditched the keys and I’m never going back.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to use and looks sleek on the door. I love being able to lock and unlock from my phone, and the auto-lock gives extra piece of mind. The touch feature can be a little inconsistent at times, but overall it’s a great upgrade.

These break too often!
My apartment complex uses these locks and after 3 weeks of living in the brand new unit, the zero key stopped working. Maintenance tried troubleshooting and ended up replacing it completely with a new lock. It’s been only. Two weeks and now the zero key stopped working again! This is a horrible product stay away!!!

Unlocks itself randomly
This lock unlocks itself randomly several times per day. I contacted Yale support about it, and they refuse to take ownership of the issue. I would not recommend it.

Great product ... poor connectivity
I switched out 2 nest Yale locks for 2 of these. Initially they had zwave connectivity but had too limited an ability to interface with other zwave smart home systems. I bought tbe wifi modules and when they work, they work great. However they are constantly connecting and disconnecting from wifi. They are super easy to Install (20-30 mins ea.) , well made . They are only about 20 feet each from my router and in a completely open space.

Excellent Purchase
Easy to install, great instructions, works great! I only use Yale smart locks and this did not disappoint. The only thing I I would like to see is it connect with Samsung rather than just Apple Home.
