Battery start failed after 6 uses

First time charging the battery push button no longer works. Had the mower for four months. Used it six times. Complete waste of money. customer service has been unhelpful.

Electric start stopped working

Bought this in April 2026 and the electric start stopped working. Left an E-mail for service and no response. Very disappointed.

Don't buy!!

Lawnmower wouldn't start after only using it 3 times. Absolutely ridiculous

Worst experience

Very disappointing experience right out of the box. I ordered what was advertised on the box as a combo package with the mower and a leaf blower. The leaf blower was not included. I called the manufacturer’s support line, and they told me I needed to contact Lowe’s because this is a combo package and they do not sell directly to the public. transmission worries.

I bought this at the beginning of mowing season and it seems to cut and bag ok but the mulching is not that great. My biggest concern though is with the transmission. This is the first lawnmower I've ever owned where it just slams into gear rather than accelerating slowly as you pull up on the bar.

Zero parts available

I don't usually write a review but I would never buy this mower. Worked great but then accidentally hit a river rock with the blade and damaged beyond repair. No parts available at all for this mower. Called the manufacturer and each time they say they're coming in stock in a few weeks but haven't seen them yet. I would recommend checking out each mower and parts availability before purchasing one so you don't end up like I did with a $550 piece of scrap metal.

Does exactly what i got it for, to mow tough country grass. there are a few adjustment needed on mine but nothing major, the self propelled jerked when i got it, just a adjustment. I tightened the bar for the height adjustment. This is a beast, mowed through 10 inch wet grass like a champ, just why i got it. This is no toy, its big and heavy but what do you expect from a 24 inch 13 gauge steel deck with 9lbs of torque. This will do a 3/4 acre with no problem...
