Your body will be challenged by the 20 levels of resistance and 14 programs. You will be able to monitor your heart rate using the built in heart rate receiver or contact heart rate grips. You will be able to keep track of all of the important feedback data you need on the 5.5in blue backlit LCD display, while listening to your favorite tunes via the audio input jack and console speakers.

Loud and not easy to use. I had a name brand and sold when I moved. I got this one to replace it and it's not even close to what I had. Spend the extra money and get a better one.

Worked great the first day, on Program 1, for 60 minutes. 2nd time on Program 2, noticed noise at top of resistance. 3rd time on Progam 3, noise increases at top resistance. 4th day, Program 4, noise louder at top resistance. 5th day, Program 5, stopped moving, froze up at top resistance.

Squeaks really bad, won't use it because it is so loud can't hear tv. Someone said "oil it". I don't know how to lubricate machinery, nor should I have to for something brand new.
