COUNTERTOP SUSCEPTIBLE TO DAMAGE FROM LIQUID SOAP
- Newly constructed bathroom. - Noticed spots on countertop within a day of use. - Spots were etched in the cultured marble countertop from liquid soap that incidentally dripped onto countertop (popular retail brands such as SoftSoap and Mrs. Myer’s) because soap tends to drip when washing hands and face. - Contacted Wyndham Collection product support for suggested remedy and was informed “ANY liquid, if allowed to evaporate on a surface will leave a mark” and “The stains on your countertop are...

Hardware paint chipping off after less than 1 year
Purchased this product last October, installed in December and noticed 5 different handles with chipped gold paint after less than 1 year of use. All other bathroom appliances with gold finish are still like new, while these handles just have not held up. Disappointing.

Installed 2 of these in bathrooms 4 years ago. Both have stood up well to regular use - one in the Master bath and the other in the Main bath - which has been used by grown kids (all age 23+). The unit is quite heavy and solidly built. The frame and drawers seem to be 100% wood. A couple of the panels are fiberboard I think. I had to cut 2 holes with a hole saw and the material/dust was dark and looked like particle board. The drawers slide very nicely and feel really solid. They also have p...

I purchased a 72" double sink vanity (Beckett) as a special order thru Lowes. The quality and look was great, and the price was very reasonable for a furniture grade all wood vanity. Customer service was very prompt in responding to my request for help (I scratched the side on install and needed help with touch-up paint)

Broken On Arrival
Ordered this vanity and it took two weeks to arrive. Upon arrival the delivery driver placed it in the garage and we opened it within 24 hours. Disappointed to find the side of the drawers completely broken. It’s going to take another week for them to pick it up and process a refund. Save yourself the time and order elsewhere!

Broken
Came broken, box was torn when delivered and when my husband questioned it they said it was normal on delivery. Now we cannot get a new one earlier than three weeks and this will hold us up on moving in our home.

Cracked marble top...TWICE!
The Wyndham vanity 84" is beautiful. But Lowes and Wyndham just CANNOT get the marble top across the country and through warehouses, stores and to you the end user unbroken. Our project waited twice with cracked pieces leaving me heartbroken. I now await a custom top mimicking these specs for FIVE WEEKS MORE. Ugh.

Wyndham Gave my Bathroom New Purpose
I'm renovating two bathrooms. This one never had a double sink before, and once I learned I could fit one in, it was a no-brainer. Wyndham has such great products, and I love how well this double-sink vanity adjusts to the space, goes well with almost any pulls, and situates my swivel faucets, LED bathroom mirrors, and full-wall backsplash. Designing my vision is one thing; making it happen started with this vanity.

Good product, Bad Service
The item seems to be a good product but the packing was terrible. It came damaged on the legs and the brace board broken. Also the hardware (handles) were supposed to be in a box but wasn't. Overall the manufacturer is lousy. Would not recommend them.
