Handy multi-tool for yard work

Very handy little tool. It replaces a spade, knife, and ruler which is handy for large properties where you would like to keep your tools nearby and minimize clean-up effort. I used it quite successfully in trimming my elephant ears, transplanting grass, and removing weeds during my lawn yard clean-up. It's durable enough to give you the confidence to actually use it at a good price point.

Versatile and Durable

I love a good garden tool and this one is versatile, doesn’t get slippery when it’s wet, and cuts through soil and little roots like butter. It’s really easy to clean so I’m not concerned about it rusting over time. I think this is a great option if you need a garden knife to loosen clay soil, dig through heavily rooted areas, and generally help with pruning and weeding.

A sturdy, well-made tool

I am impressed with the quality of this tool. The handle is comfortable, the blade is thick and sturdy, and the cutting edges are surprisingly sharp. One edge is like a knife blade, and the other side is a saw blade. Using the saw edge, I quickly and easily sawed through a small branch. Very helpful in all aspects of gardening and clean

The Woodland Tools garden hand tool was a huge help while I was de-weeding around the bricks in my driveway. The handle has a comfortable grip while using and the blade is strong and sturdy and held up great working around the bricks. The blade has depth marks that will work great when I start planting seeds.

Well made tool that performs many tasks

The tool is comfortable in the hand, and feels well made. The plastic handle is a little slippery without a glove, but there is a rubber strip on the top you can index your thumb with. The weeder tip worked great for pulling weeds out of the garden bed, and the length of the tool is adequate for leverage as you're prying them out. Great gardening knife!

This multipurpose planting knife (hori hori) is full tang and I expect it to last a long time. My last one of a different brand was partial tang and eventually broke away from the handle.
