Supper slow proccesing/shipping

Would Not Recommend

I ordered 2 tubs on 06/06/2025 and Woodbridge has not shipped any of the two a week after because it is 06/13/2025 today. I emailed them and they blamed Lowe's for not offering expedite shipping. Well, if they shipped them on 06/07/2025 we could have got the tubs even by the slowest shipping. For home builders, time is off essence, so we may not give them more business next time.

Arrived Damaged

Would Not Recommend

We purchased this tub in the 35.375-in x 72-in White with Matte Black Trim version. The tub is available in 3 different lengths and several trim options for the drain and overflow color. The tub arrived on time but without any communication between us and the supplier to arrange a time for delivery on the date they decided to deliver it. We came home to find multiple fails in the shipping container with one of them being major and the corner of the tub was severely damaged. Not only is it unus...

Large Tub, Great Price

Would Recommend

Went from a very large garden tub to the free-standing tub and was not disappointed in the size of the free-standing tub. Best price when we compared to other larger freestanding tubs. It was easy to install also. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase!
