Extremely high quality rail
This is an extremely high quality rail with attractive formed ends. The 12' version comes in two halves, with a coupling piece which was missing - but they sent a replacement immediately.

Great Outside Hand Railing
Great, just what I've been looking for. Replaced an ageing exterior wood handrail. Overall very happy with product, will be ordering 2 more next spring. Will mention that product description on website is incorrect - product diameter is 1.9-in - (NOT 6.5in). Product also comes as 2 pieces that assemble with a ID splice connector, so some care needed to insure termination alignment to wall, and that instructions did not reference the splicing.

Built to Last
This handrail is very well designed. It is complete, and made of aluminum. Make sure you find the studs in the wall before you begin. Use small pliers or vice grips to “compress” the extruded aluminum coupling where the two rail pieces join.

Sturdy Attractive Easy to Install
I am extremely pleased with this handrail. It came packaged securely, with all parts wrapped in thick plastic to protect the finish. The 12' handrail comes in two 6' sections joined by a connector. I emailed support after hours to get instructions how to connect the ends, and they emailed me a document first thing the next morning.
