This 21SEER2, 12000BTU, 115V/60Hz, AHRI Certified AC unit with a heat pump is featured high quality compressor for more efficient cooling and longer working life.
We can set all functions on remote control (Fan Speed Selection, Sleep Mode, 24 Hour Timer, ECO Mode, Turbo Mode, and Mute Mode).
The frequency converter is a control system used to control and adjust the speed of the compressor to make it always in the best speed state, so as to improve the energy efficiency ratio (at least 30% more energy-saving than the conventional air conditioner).
Ultra Silent at only 28-45dB(A) and beautifully built adds a touch of elegant charm to your room.
This indoor AC machine comes with a permanently washable and easy cleaning air filter.

Missing part of my order
I ordered this and only received the Inside unit so far and whenever contacting LOWES about the rest of my order (Outdoor Unit), they have no answer for where it is. CS rep mentioned that purshaing through there website was still from a 3rd party so they will have to reach out to them. When the CS Reps reach out to 3rd party, the phone Just keeps ringing and I get no help. In all I can not get help from LOWES essentially and I've called for 4 days straight looking for the other piece. I NEED ...
