In June of 2024 I bought WetWall from my local lumber yard that was a WetWall pro design authorized dealer and it was a great product. I found this at Lowes 2 months ago and got it. I just finished installing it and it is exactly the same as the Pro Design stuff I bought. I say this because I have been reading some reviews here that say its an inferior product compared to a lumber yard purchase. Great Product, Ugly caulk

I bought 2 similar units one for a tub and one for a shower. The first one I installed I used the factory caulk that came with it. The color doesn't match the walls and gives it a old yellow look. The second one I used the factory caulk for just the middle seam, and white silicone for the corners and outside edges. That looks much nicer. The color of the Vienna marble is significantly darker than the images suggest. We ended up switching to Torrone marble from a different provider. Also, the Vienna marble is not smooth (it has texture, which isn't great). Make sure you look at samples before ordering! The tubes of adhesive and sealant were compromised (dried, probably squeeze in transport).

Product looks as expected; not as nice as stone, but close. Product came wall packaged. Technical support was easy to reach via their 800 number. I hired a carpenter to help me cut and install it. I think it's too much for the average DIY homeowner to get everything properly cut and aligned. In full disclosure, I did not install this product myself, I had a contractor do it. He was impressed with the quality of the walls-they are a half inch thick with a bullnose or rounded edge-which is one reason I chose this particular kit-as others appeared to be flimsy. To be clear, this product has no bend. I installed over greenboard with no issue-used a kohler pan. While you can certainly tell it’s not real marble-it’s not cheesy cheap looking either.
