Almost impossible to cut clean
I selected this product to replace sheet laminate in our kitchen. I love the design and it was an affordable option. I had trouble finding installation instructions from the manufacturer, but finally did so and studied them and proceeded to follow them carefully. To no avail. The laminate does not cut well. It splinters and the edges look very bad. We tried multiple methods. We were able to salvage enough to complete our project, but if anyone inspects it closely, the edges look very rough. It m...

Take note of description "Distressed wood feel." It is not a smooth surface. If you are planning on using for writing or drawing on, the "Distressed" features will alter your work. Find another product that is not "Distressed" to "Feel" like real wood.
