Shipped me a dead charger
It may have been brand new or not; I can't tell as it was not in a manufacturer's box. I plugged it up in my house, and the indicator light did not come on to say it had power. I put the battery on, and neither light lit up to say it had power OR the one to say it's actually charging. It's dead and useless. Maybe damaged in transit, as it was loose in a box. I am so upset.
Distribution center needs retraining.
I ORDERD KOBALT 40Vmax AND GOT THIS! NO PACKING OR SHIPPING INVOICE/ORDER RECEIPT. WAS LOOSE IN OVERSIZED BOX.

This charger WILL NOT fit the battery ordered.
Neither the store employees (both floor and cashiers) could aid me in getting the charger. As I bought the mower last year and now find that Lowes doesn't carry the means to continue using it. It leaves me beyond upset. BTW THIS is the charger that the DEALER, who was at the store told me to get. IT IS WRONG,
