Whynter ARC-1280WX Smart Portable Air Conditioner NEX Inverter 13000 BTU 10000 BTU SACC Dual Hose Cooling

Easy Setup

This thing felt pretty good quality right out of her box. It took about 30 minutes to set up. The trickiest part was cutting the window vent, but that just took one out with a circular saw. If you didn't have that or a jigsaw, it might be a little bit more difficult. Cools well, especially with the intake and output tubes.

Small but powerful

I bought the Whytner AC because it had an inverter and was the only one with a 5 star rating. I have tested it but not used it for any length of time. It is quiet. Fairly easy to assemble and pretty small for what it does. The wheels are very helpful could be a little bigger for carpeting. The machine is sleek and has no sharp edges. I’m happy with the purchase. The invert was key for my battery backup system during storms.

Great air conditioner!

Got this air conditioner because my game room was getting very hot with the heat from my computer. The air conditioner works very well and cools off the room quickly. It was easy to install and setup. Would definitely recommend!

Works OK

In have a 300 sq ft room above my garage. Unit appears to work fine, a little noisy and cools the room some but not as much as I expected, but it was a pretty hot room before

My living room is no longer a sauna

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing cools the room fast, and my family has officially stopped complaining about the heat. The app and remote are handy, and setup wasn't too bad once I figured out the window kit. It's a little bulky and not exactly silent, but I'll take that over sweating through movie night.

GREAT FEATURES !

We just set up our AC and we are so amazed with all the function accessories that come with it like the humidifier the outside and inside control system to see the weather it’s more than just the AC unit and we love Wonderful cooling system very efficient. The noise is not so loud it’s portable. You can move it anywhere and a preheats for the heating as well.

Smaller size is my favorite

I upgraded to this unit and I have no complaints

Whynter ARC-1230WX – Excellent Portable A/C

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Whynter ARC-1230WX to cool my living room and dining room, about 320 square feet. Although it's rated for up to 500 square feet, it has had no trouble keeping my main living area comfortable, and the bedrooms also get a little cooler as the air circulates. The inverter technology does a great job maintaining a consistent temperature, and the unit feels well built. The remote is easy to use, and setup was straightforward. I used...
