Arrived broken, Twice!
We purchased this dryer with delivery. It arrived broken! One of the sides was crushed from the bottom and the leveling foot inoperable. Lowe’s initiated a replacement immediately. Two days later the replacement arrived. Broken! The same damage as the first. The driver wouldn’t finish unloading it and didn’t want the first broken one back. He said he would report it. White Washer & White Dryer are not the same color
I was excited to receive my new washer and dryer, but I was disappointed to discover that the white finish on the washer does not match the white finish on the dryer. They were purchased as a matching set, so I expected them to be the same color. Nice dryer

Broke within the first 72 hours
Broke within the first few days of owning it and has been a pain in the behind to have serviced. It will still heat up fine but is so loud it can be heard from anywhere in the house. No one will work on it while stacked and no one will unstack it to work on it. Not sure how I am supposed to unstack it by myself or test it to see if its fixed it it cannot be put back in place while the repair person is present. Lowes is no help since it has been more than 48 hours.

Great dryer

It dries thoroughly without needing extra time. The multiple settings are fantastic. The dryer lint trap is easy to clean out. If you’re looking for a new dryer this is a great product.

Great dryer
