Great flat top range

Glass top gets scrathced instantly

This is probably an issue with all glass top ranges, but with a few weeks the glass top will be scrathed even from very light use and will never look the same again. They either need to use a higher quality glass, or some other ceramic material. Also my heating elements stopped heating at the same rate within a few months after my warranty expired. Now one of my main burners takes forever to heat up. Wish I had gotten the extended warranty from Lowes.

Great range BUT it's oven sucks!

We bought our Whirlpool range 3 years ago and HAD been very happy with it until earlier this year. We had the Geek squad repairmen out back in Feb '24, they made multiple trips and replaced multiple parts. Geek Squad actually put new parts in and the next visit took the new parts and old ones back in. Never did the fix the problem! And now we had to have repairman out AGAIN this month. Poor Product

I bought this stove less than 2 years ago, it ranks as one of my worst purchases. Right now this stove is sitting in my kitchen taking up space. Why does this stove not maintain constant temperature? It takes a long time to cook anything by its heat on, heat off feature. I have enjoyed Whirlpool products in the past but this stove has caused me to lose confidence in their products. I would have given it a zero star if it was available.

Just delivered today but haven't used it as learning all the feature. I reviewed this model several times and read some of the negative reviews. I am going to clarify a few! Mediocre at Best

This is my second ceramic stove and I am done with them. The quality isn't there at all. I'm lucky if I get a solid three years out of them. The first issue is the oven elements. The broiler comes on instead of bake, full blast at that. The baking element doesn't fully heat up, so I have to babysit it to make sure the broiler doesn't burn my food.
