[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The writing on the stove top knobs has all faded...can no longer read the heat level (only had stove 6 months). Dropped a dish on the side of the top control panel and the entire top covering shattered. Many of the elements have strange heating patterns...blazing hot, then barely warm. I would never purchase this stove again.

Worst. Oven. Ever

After having the oven for less than 3 months, the high/medium/low markings on the range knobs wore off. We had a technician come out for two of the burners not working, and while he was here we asked about replacing the knobs. He said they weren’t covered under warranty due to that being cosmetic (apparently not knowing what temperature your cooking at is okay and not a safety...

Wouldn't buy this particular model again.
Word to the wise. First, before doing anything...get some clear tape (I used packing tape and cut strips) and cover over the printed labelling on the control knobs. If you don't this immediately, all the lettering/indicators will be gone with a simple wipe/cleaning. If you don't do this FIRST, using the triple and double burners will be difficult to determine accurate cooking temps once the printing is worn off. Since the original instillation in 2019, this model has been a mistake and a major problem. Within a month the oven stopped working. Under service contract, I had booked a service appointment. I was told that the unit was 'wired wrong at the factory' and had melted multiple parts in the back. I was told it was very lucky this had not started a fire. Poor design
We bought this stove in January of 2022. I like using the convection for baking. Unfortunately one day my son was actually doing the responsible thing and loading the dishwasher located immediately to left of the stove. A plate hit the glass control panel on top of the stove and shattered the entire thing.
