We've tried turning the power off and back on multiple times, but it still won't reset. I strongly advise against buying this oven. Once the issue happens, it becomes unusable, and you'll likely need to replace it right away.

Have used the oven less then ten times. Had a power outage and the oven locked up. tried resetting the circuit breaker it did not help. Ordered a new control board and installed it. turned on the electricity and the oven still was locked. DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL OVENS

Do NOT buy this oven. We bought it in 2022, and have already had it serviced once, looks like we will have to either do it again or get a new oven. This ovens touch screen is terrible, you have to push buttons several times to get anything to happen. If you open the oven while cooking, the steam makes the screen go crazy, activating all kinds of stuff you don’t want, cancelling timers, changing the ovens heat!! Our current issue is that the steam activated the control lock and it won’t unlock. I...

Control Panel Locks
My control panels will not unlock after the power went out from a storm! I enjoy the double ovens but if this continues to happened then i don’t know of a whirlpool oven is right for me!!!

Do not buy!
I have only had my oven for 2years now, trouble started in the first few months. 1) It usually won’t turn off after baking, I have to rest my breaker. 2) It no longer lets me use the timer at all. 3) temperature doesn’t stay consistent allowing for regular baking. 4) Steam billows out upon opening affecting the touchscreen making it go haywire (changing temperature and setting).

Terrible! I have not even been in my house a year and I cannot use my oven. The touchscreen light is on, but you can’t get to any buttons so I can’t work my oven. Do not buy.!

Poor equipment/design
After only 3 months use screen started having issues, I’ve only had this oven for 2 years and now the screen has completely stopped working. Very poor design! Tried reaching out to whirlpool and no response yet. Never buying anything whirlpool again.

Awful product
I wish I could give it negative stars. This oven looks nice, but it is a nightmare to use! The push buttons take several pushes to register. That is just the beginning of problems. It takes forever to heat up. I got an oven thermometer and the temperature on screen never matches it. Every time you open the door (say to turn something, stir something, check for doneness, etc) you have to "resume" This takes several pushes and sometimes different screens pop up such that you just give up, cancel...

Don’t do it!!!!
Ughhh I want to smash this oven on a daily basis. Installed by builder. Takes forever to heat. The touchscreen is a nightmare, any you open the oven it get moisture on the screen and then isnt functional 🤬🤬🤯🤯🙅🙅 it also makes you reset the temp if you open it which makes zero sense. If only zero stars were an option!

Terrible design. Touch screen and steam don't work
We've had this oven for 6 months and I wish I could change it everyday. I would NOT recommend. The touch screen is incredibly annoying. Anytime I open the heated oven, the steam covers the screen and causes the buttons to start changing Temps, times, settings. I then have to dry the screen before I can touch it to change it back to what I need. Also, the timer feature has a glitch. When I try to add more time, it will sometimes allow me and other times it'll just default back to original time.
