Defective Design; won't wash fitted sheets

We bought this washing machine in July 2020 because the brand came highly recommended. For most washing it does an acceptable job. However, as has been mentioned in several other posts on this string, it is completely unsatisfactory for washing fitted sheets. Save your money

I have had this machine for 5 years and it just died. No power. It never really worked properly from The beginning. Always off balance, stopping the in the middle of the cycle, and clothes not cleaning that well. It was very expensive and I had expected it to last longer, but I’m happy to get rid of it and get something that actually works consistently.

Ongoing Unbalanced Loads After Only 5 Years

I purchased a Whirlpool washer at the end of 2020. After nearly five years of use, it has developed a persistent issue with unbalanced loads. Major Disappoinment.

I thought I was going to love this washer. What a complete disappointment it has become. The main hate I have for this machine is that it doesn't supply enough water to agitate the clothes. It is a constant battle to get enough water to get the machine to work properly. My machine is less than a year old and I dread having to use this machine for another 15 years.

Awful! Don’t waste your money on this junk!

If there was a 0 rating this is what it would get. I have had problems with this machine since day 1. It doesn’t spin my clothes out. Most of the time it will say the cycle is finished when it hasn’t even done anything. Plus I never could get it to connect to the app for updates. Terrible purchase

I bought this washer a little over a year ago. It doesn't get anything clean. My dark clothes come out with white spots (like detergent didn't get rinsed), but I use clear liquid detergent. I have to us the 'max fill' water option on every load and it still doesn't come out. It is also the loudest machine I have ever heard. I had a repair person come out to check it because there HAD to be something wrong with it. He said it was working as it should. AVOID buying this machine. It's awful...

Didn’t last 5 years. Bought 8/2020 but now it won’t turn on and now I have to have a repair tech coming out. Also, the unit has clothes inside and the top is locked so I am sure that’s going to smell. Very disappointed.

Do not buy. Spin cycle balancing problems.

Bought this washer 3 years ago for vacation home. DO NOT buy this washer. Takes us hours to wash sheets and towels because it becomes unbalanced in the spin cycle which requires us to default the wash load & start over because the touchscreen control panel will not allow us to open door to rearrange sheets/towels
