I like the fact that it has a removable agitator. It seems like it gets a clothes clean. I’ve only had it a week, but we shall see. I do think this is a much louder machine than my other. The only other drawback is the fact it does not have a tray to pull out for detergent and fabric softener. I especially like the fabric softener tray.

Good machine for the money
I like the ability to remove the agitator. The cleaning cycles are varied and all seem to clean well. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was the is no way to know how much time is left in cycle.

Gets clothes clean
I’m m enjoying the large barrel, and the pre soak is a wonderful feature for my husband’s extra dirty work clothes. It’s quiet and the spin cycle really gets the water out of the clothes for faster drying.

I like everything about this washer except that it does not have a conditioner/softener dispenser and it is a bit loud. Minor details in my book. The removable agitator is a huge plus , allowing the gentle cycle to be gentle. I really like that enough water is dispensed to thoroughly wet the clothes. Clothes come out clean and fresh. I am pleased with my purchase and will recommend it to others.
