Had since xmas so far so good
Love big open stovetop, love the oven except only complaints is the racks in oven are super flimsy dont hold much wait. Luckily the hubs saved our old oven racks which was better built and fit. Also, came with no broiler rack nor pan in bottom broiler on bottom of oven.

Broiler is terribly placed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My oven was broke for some time so I needed a new range, after tinkering with it a little we were able to get the oven working. It is definitely a cheaper stove and I totally dislike the broiler being at the bottom. Literally if you want to broil something you would literally have to lay on the floor to see it.i dislike the grates sitting so high. What's up with that? Overall I have an oven that works.

Dangerously hot exterior
The existing unit becomes dangerously hot during normal operation. The exterior glass, frame, and surrounding surfaces reach temperatures high enough to overheat my kitchen and are unsafe to touch. Whirlpool has inspected the unit and stated this is “normal,” but based on the heat output and lack of insulation, I strongly disagree.
