This product is awesome! This is the second one I’ve purchased. Lowes delivery service leaves very much to be desired!!! Received notice that my order was delivered this morning, it was delivered to the wrong address. Lowes Customer Service did not answer the telephone so I had to drive to Lowes only to be told that they were aware of the issue and we’re working on it and it would hopefully be corrected today. This is my third Whirlpool WHELJ1 for my 18 year old house. It is a fantastic unit that back- flushes the internal filter with a timer that is user programmable. I still have all of my original appliances, washer, dishwasher, refrigerator water dispenser because of this filter. Has saved me thousands of dollars on replacing appliances.
