I love the way the black one looks it compliments the black trim on some of my other appliances and is easier to clean. I have connected it to Wi-Fi, but I have not engaged the remote as at this point I don’t see a need for it. The microwave is easy to use and the oven bakes right on. I have not use...

Problem from the start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After only two weeks, the microwave stopped working. A technician came out and fixed it by turning off the breaker and after a few minutes, turning it on again. It happened again today, a week after it had been fixed. We were able to start it again using the breaker method. Are we going to constantly have to do this on a new appliance?
