We purchased this double oven. On Day one they both had problems. Now we're navigating the Whirlpool warranty program, which is just as horrible for service and parts. It's been 90 days and we still don't have an oven that works. Worst purchase ever,

Just got it installed today. Not the easiest to use. Still have not been able to get the Wi-Fi to work. Temperature can only be set in intervals of 25°. Which is difficult to set per the instructions at 395° for pre-clean before use. The alarm is barely louder than a whisper said it max. Cannot be heard outside the kitchen.

awful does not work and poor warranty service

trash with trash service from Whirlpool. we had this oven for six months at this time. has not worked more than two days the entire time. was professionally installed to replace same size oven, went out on third day and not worked since. Whirlpool arranges their technicians to order parts and return but only about 4-6 weeks apart. has not worked for more that 10 minutes each time; just about the time it takes for service person to pack and leave. then we start the 6 week cycle again. Love the Convection and Alexa help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Separate charge to install trim to fit. A tech guy came yesterday to see why the top oven wasn't heating well. It's working now with the amperage change from 13 to 16 to match the bottom oven. He also said not to use self cleaning option. I've set off smoke alarms with the previous self clean. Manual says not to use oven cleaner???
