Very happy
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) An excellent product. Nice and quiet. The freezer shelf is a little narrow, it doesn't extend all the way to the back of the freezer for air flow, and this means less room for food.

Looks like a robot!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to receive this new refrigerator that reminds me of a robot, unfortunately, it came with dry adhesive coming out of most of the connecting pieces. I’ve tried to get most of it off, but it is still showing in certain places and I used a black marker below on the bottom to cover up adhesive that was showing that I couldn’t remove.

missing part
part # w11759045 busing in freezer door missing. Looked the part number. Hour in the phone when I had time to call whirlpool to get a part. I REGISTERED THIS THE DAY I BOAUGHT IT. Could not send me a 10 cent bushing because I did not have the SN although I had it registered. Horrible service
