Efficient use of space

doesn't work
First off, the instructions should start with "how to turn on" instead of maintenance procedures. When I finally found it, I held the cooling button down for 3 seconds and no joy. Now I'm trying to get a replacement and I'm told it's no longer in production. A manager is supposed to call me within 24 hours for 'other options' and if not then I have to call to return it within the VERY NARROW 48 hour return period.
