Do not buy Whirlpool

Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy a Whirlpool appliance! I bought a brand new Whirlpool refrigerator and the condenser intermittently makes an awful noise when running. I’ve had a service call and was told by a “master” technician that this is normal. If it was normal it would do it every time! The refrigerator also has frayed plastic between all of the seems around the handles and hardware that you cannot get out. I spent over 2 hours picking and have not come close to getting it all. Wasted food

You will lose food. I have lost food twice because of the malfunctioning of this refrigerator. The total waste is frustrating and they don’t have any remedies for this other than unplug it and let it defrost to clear the frozen drain lines. As expensive as food is, losing anything is a waste and unless you have a protection plan, you are our of luck

Trash

This is the hugest waste of money. The dimensions are false and it is short, about 61 inches. The construction is so poor that you will have to defrost it to keep it running well. It freezes up and your fridge will be hot and your freezer will over freeze. Believe the reviews and purchase a better refrigerator at your local appliance store. Do Not Buy

We've had multiple issues with this fridge, which was brand new when we purchased our home. It has trouble maintaining temperature, and often freezes refrigerated food. Most annoyingly, components have broken prematurely on multiple occasions from basic use. This includes the tabs holding up the door shelving units (which after breaking, you can see are made from very narrow plastic filled with foam), making an already small fridge even more limited. Do not recommend!

Worst fridge ever!!!

We bought this fridge in 2022 and had multiple issues. Water pooling and the fridge making loud noises. We called a service technician 3 times (after the 1 yr warranty of course) and still no luck fixing the issue. Will never buy another Whirlpool fridge again.

Just don’t

I hate this thing. I bought it because I have a very small kitchen. Lowe’s never has one on display. Not all of us have a family of 5 to justify buying a mammoth refrigerator. Every other day I have to chip the ice from the freezer and replace all the dish towels in the fridge part to soak up the water, I’ve tried every setting, doesn’t change a thing. Just going to take it to the dump. I will never buy Whirlpool again.

The worst refrigerator you can purchare

Purchase this refrigerator 14 months ago and has so many issues. Do not buy. Water overflows in the bottom part of the refrigerator and overflows like a waterfall, even all your food gets destroyed.

I really regret buying this refrigerator.

The positive aspects are that it's very quiet and the bronze color is attractive. Unfortunately, there's nothing else I like about this refrigerator. It's very difficult to control the temperature. A knowledgeable technician came out and told me that this refrigerator simply will not work if the ambient temperature is below 65 degrees. The freezer varied from 0 to 20 degrees.
