Mine not reliable, poor functionality & design

I bought a built-in then & it lasted me 16 years, until July 2025. My cooking habits have not changed, I use it almost every day for light cooking such as frozen vegetables, fresh vegetables, hot cereal, pancakes, defrosting, heating left-overs, cooking gravy & so on. Large Microwave Oven that is powerful

Overall the microwave oven is great. There are more features that I probably won’t even use. Two things I don’t like but has nothing to do with the performance: when disabling the 2-step child lock, you have to hit the start button twice to get it started AND the stainless steel fingerprint resistant door is not the whole door but just the top portion of the door which is about half an inch strip all the way.

Great size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave is great- but I do not like the feature where you have to push stop to open the microwave door. I also wish it had a few more features. Using defrost and reheat is confusing.

Adequate Microwave

No beeps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good microwave. Sometimes you have to push the door open button a couple times for the door to open. Display light needs a dimmer, lights up the kitchen at night. One of main reasons for buying, it has mute the beep feature.

Works fine but hard to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Microwave works okay but it is very hard to figure out the preset settings and how to use them. If you are a little slow in hitting the next button it does crazy things. heats as expected if just using the timer and power but that to is hard to do.

Child lock failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works like most microwave ovens. One BIG problem we had was turning off the child safety lock. We used the included directions which failed every time. One last try before calling for repair and the code worked. The good news is, we will NEVER lock it again.

Not exactly satisfied

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after our 13.5 yr. old original new home model had an electrical fire. We had to abide by the opening for the new one to fit. We bought what we thought was the same model. It has turned into a nightmare for the controls are not straightforward, but hidden in layers and difficult to understand thus far.

The product is fine. Curbside pickup at the Newnan location was not a pleasant experience. I checked in via the App and via the notification that told me the product was ready to pick up. After waiting 45 minutes, I called the Customer Service desk and was told there was no check-in received. However, a person from Customer Service brought my item out right away.
