Not too happy yet.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this on 2/16/26 and yesterday, 3/8/26 it malfunctioned. We couldn't use the air fryer or the microwave. Grrrr. It had an error code and wanted us scan the QR code for instructions. Then we got an error on the QR code! Dinner plans got messed up, but luckily we found online to turn the power off for 5-10 minutes as it could be a stuck micro-switch. We did that and it now works again. Will it do this again? We'll have to see.

I also don't think this appliance is any louder than a counter top air fryer, probably quieter. Easy to use, love all the feature options, reheats well and evenly.

We like it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really like the fact that this microwave has an air fryer and use that feature quite a bit. We also love the sleek design of the microwave. One issue that we’ve had is that it has randomly lost power and we get a message saying we have to reset the date and time of the microwave. I’m not sure why that happens but other than that it’s been good.
